We provide independent advice and services to administer and manage construction projects, including acting as Contract Administrator for traditional forms of contract or smaller projects.

We can act as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator, providing a range of services, including, but not limited to:

  • Reviewing project information to develop a thorough understanding of all its elements and related design, specification and documentation
  • Site inspections to identify and resolve issues
  • Monitoring contractor’s progress on any planning, statutory approvals, other key enablers or certifications
  • Liaising with all parties in addressing construction queries and requests for information
  • Detailed programming, chairing and minuting site/progress meetings
  • Progress reporting
  • Issuing contract instructions
  • Change evaluation and payments approval
  • Commenting on the contractor’s design documents and proposals
  • Co-ordinating works inspections, including testing and commissioning of services
  • Detailed snagging and dilapidation inspections
  • Inspections, defect lists and following them through to completion
  • Managing and monitoring Health and Safety and CDM Co-ordinator to ensure compliance
  • Co-ordinating and reviewing receipt of the works’ maintenance and operational manual
